commit 77913bbcb43ac9a07a6fe849c2fd3bf85fc8bdd8 upstream.
Even though we've zeroed the PDE, the GPU may have cached the PD, so we
need to flush when deleting them.
Noticed while working on replacement MMU code, but a backport might be a
good idea, so let's fix it in the current code too.

commit 194d68dd051c2dd5ac2b522ae16100e774e8d869 upstream.
G92's seem to require some additional bit of initialization before the
BSP engine can work. It feels like clocks are not set up for the
underlying VLD engine, which means that all commands submitted to the
xtensa chip end up hanging. VP seems to work fine though.
This still allows people to force-enable the bsp engine if they want to
play around with it, but makes it harder for the card to hang by
default.

[ Upstream commit 4694335dad7357e9b3d7822ab13049014d74d8b0 ]
When the fast blit path fails while attempting to move a buffer from RAM
to VRAM, we fall back to a CPU-based memcpy that cannot handle split VRAM
buffers. Instead of crashing, simply fail the buffer move.
Ideally, we would teach TTM about split buffers so that the fallback still
works in this case, but that is quite involved. So for now, apply the
simplest possible fix.

I went through a bunch more potential modes to check
if HiKey could properly drive them or not, and these
all seemed to work ok, so add them to the whitelist.
The proper fix upstream calculates if the adjusted
mode matches the pixel clock but 4.9 era kernels
are missing the required infrastructure to calculate
that here.
So for now, just extend the whitelist.
This whitelist also adds mode clock support for
linksprite touch panel:

This means we shouldn't swap the width and height ourselves when a

commit 7f5d6dac548b983702dd7aac1d463bd88dff50a8 upstream.
complete_crtc_signaling is freeing fence_state, but when retrying
num_fences and fence_state are not zero'd. This caused duplicate
fd's in the fence_state array, followed by a BUG_ON in fs/file.c
because we reallocate freed memory, and installing over an existing
fd, or potential other fun.
Zero fence_state and num_fences correctly in the retry loop, which
allows kms_atomic_transition to pass.

commit bc60c90f472b6e762ea96ef384072145adc8d4af upstream.
It appears that MSI does not work on either G5 PPC nor on a E5500-based
platform, where other hardware is reported to work fine with MSI.
Both tests were conducted with NV4x hardware, so perhaps other (or even
this) hardware can be made to work. It's still possible to force-enable
with config=NvMSI=1 on load.

When an encoder fails to initialize the driver prints an error message
to the kernel log. The message contains the name of the encoder's DT
node, which is NULL for internal encoders. Use the of_node_full_name()
macro to avoid dereferencing a NULL pointer, print the output number to
add more context to the error, and make sure we still own a reference to
the encoder's DT node by delaying the of_node_put() call.
